Do you have a high arch, low arch or flat feet? What does this all mean? This Foot Guide will help you determine your arch type, identify your specific needs, and help you find the perfect fit.
As your online source for New Balance gear, NBwebexpress.com is committed to help you find the right shoes to fit your feet and keep you performing at your best!

Take this arch test to determine your arch curvature, and then discover the best shoes New Balance has developed just for you.

High Arch

Your arches tend to exert pressure on the heel and midfoot. You should be more comfortable in shoes with less restrictive features, however, those with a heavier body frame will need additional stability. If you have a high arch, you may tend to under-pronate (supinate).

Neutral Arch

Your arches distribute pressure evenly across the heel, midfoot, and outer arch. You may require some support and guidance within the shoe for comfort. If you have a neutral arch, you should have a neutral running/walking gait.
