This is a free service to customers located within the 50 United States, (including Alaska,
Hawaii and P.O. Box addresses) and who are shipping a return via UPS. The Free Returns Online
process generates a prepaid UPS shipping label, therefore, you must have access to a printer to complete
online returns/exchanges.
Holiday Return Policy: In order to accommodate holiday shopping and ensure no-hassle gift giving,
purchases on and after Nov. 1, 2009 may be returned or exchanged at any time on or before Feb. 1, 2010.

your return through NB Web Express Returns by Mail. Please review this information on your original packing
