I wrote to "Ask the Expert" and shared my issues. He/she recommended this shoe and I am very happy with it. I have orthodics and a bunion. While wearing this shoe with the orthodics, I have less foot, leg and lower back pain than in any other shoes that I own, including some New Balance Cross Trainers. It offered comfort and firm support right from the start. I also am extremely pleased with the customer service that I've gotten through NBWebExpress and I love that these shoes are made in the USA!

I was wearing the 572, and had practically worn it out, and the replacement, 576, for me, is just as comfortable with its wide toe box and soft lining. When they arrived I put them on, and they feel like I have worn them for a while. This is a wonderful shoe. I don't run, or do strenuous workouts, so this is a perfect shoe for me. I, also have, metatarsalgia, and I can wear these shoes in comfort. I hope this shoe will not be discontinued. I may just order a couple more pair to make sure I have them for a long time.
