I use these shoes for hiking up and down a mountain 5x/wk. I've had them about a year and it is time to buy a new pair, but my size (in the pink) isn't available :(. I prefer trail-runners to outdoor walking shoes because they are lighter. Also, the toe box on the hiking shoes I've tried have been too narrow and kind of pointed. These were comfortable right out of the box. The soles are sticky enough for slippery rocks, but after a month or so the traction nubs(?) on the bottom started to break off, which is why I gave them an overall 4 instead of 5. They are still stickier than other trail-running shoes I've owned (the 906 was a favorite in the past).

I dont care the shoes look like, but these shoes are confortable I realy think they are the best running shoes what i have in my life, if you want comfort these shoes are perfect!!!!!
