I had the same problem as RJC2001. I have owned over 6 pairs of the 621 and loved them. But the 622 caused blisters in 2 spots, one of which was the inside of the big toe and the other the top of the 3rd toe. Otherwise the fit was fine. I won't be buying any more of these; it's too bad as I was very happy with the 621.

I am on my feet (I am a high school teacher) from 6 to 12 hours a day. I find that the 622 (and the 620 before it) are very comfortable with my (almost) flat feet. It took a while to find the right size, I had to go 1/2 size larger than the measurement tool. I find that my work pair, in black lasts almost the entire school year while my white pair, for casual wear, will last a full year before needing to be replace.
