I am on my feet (I am a high school teacher) from 6 to 12 hours a day. I find that the 622 (and the 620 before it) are very comfortable with my (almost) flat feet. It took a while to find the right size, I had to go 1/2 size larger than the measurement tool. I find that my work pair, in black lasts almost the entire school year while my white pair, for casual wear, will last a full year before needing to be replace.

While I like the looks 622, they do not fit as well as the 621. The tongue digs into my big toe joint. I guess you might call it a hot spot. I was wondering if one of the alternate lacing patterns would work better. Right now I am using the standard crisscross lacing pattern.
