I am a loyal NB customer and I decided to buy these shoes as work shoes since I was having a hard time finding good work shoes that would hold up in all the elements. These are by far the best shoes I have ever owned. I wear them at work and for all outdoor activites and they have not let me down. I am amazed that they have kept my feet completely dry even when the rest of my clothing is drenched. I highly recommend these shoes and I plan to purchase another pair before winter. They are also true to size.

I had purchased this model to replace my 749 that had proven to be too narrow and had worn out on the edges. I was told this model was larger and I was even suggested to take a width smaller than I usually do because of that. (I normaly wear 13 4E). I did not. I ordered the usual 13 4E. At the store, they felt just right as with the width but what ifound out later is that they are indeed wider at the front end but the mid and ankle section is so narrow that after only a few hours wear, my foot started to feel numb. I tought this would go as I go and use but it did not. I am very disapointed with this shoe. I use MO1500 for hiking with no problem and I thought these would be a good complement to wear as an everyday shoe since they could go everywhere i go but instead, the only place they will g now is on a shelf in the basement. Otherwise... if you can wear them they seemed like a pretty decent pair of shoes for the price.
