I love the fit when I purchased this shoe. I broke it in hiking/hunting a meteorite in the Southern Arizona desert in July/August. Put many miles on the shoe, It seem to break in well. Then I threw the shoe in the back of my truck. Didn\'t use them for 2 months. Went on a birthday hike. The shoe felt tight and didnt loosen up. i walked 2 miles( half way through my hike) and my foot was wrecked, with big bloody blisters, finished the hike barefoot. It seems the summer heat may have tightened up the heel support materials. These shoes do not fit me any more. What can i do?

My third pair of MW749s. This is an awesome walking shoe. Wear everyday and walk several miles on on concrete and or outdoors. Well cushioned, great support, just plain comfortable. Like another reviewer, my second pair fell apart before expected - stitching at toe box failed at three months. Still, what a shoe! Also wear 605s, 965s, and 644/645s, but these are the my consistent favorites for everyday comfort and 1st pick shoe.
