Comfortable shoes for walking around a kitchen all day but do not supply great slip resistance on wet floors.

My oldest son has a 16 wide foot and works as a cook. He has a condiiton with his achillies tendon and requires a good support shoe. He needed black shoes for work and we bought these over two years ago. They broke down after two years and we had to buy new ones. I ordered a more expensive pair this time but they did not have the N-Grip sole. He says that the new ones are slippery. This brand is the only one I found with the N-Grip so I will am sure to buy these again in the future for work shoes. The N-Grip works great for the slippery Kitchen Floor.
