After a long hiatus from the Basketball world of sports, I was excited to learn that NB was once again \"in the game!\" The 889 is a solid come back. It offers great comfort and support. I\'m a big fan of the lace loop construction and its durability (I despise fabric lace loops which ultimately break very easily and compromise the fit and function.) The sole is exceptional at accelarating and braking. Breathes good which is imporant if you have stink-foot like me. Love the clean, no frills look to them as well. Safe to say, this one\'s a SLAM DUNK!
