Tracking your Order

We are happy to provide the current status of your order through our website. You will need the Order Number and the shipping Zip code used during the Checkout process to check your order status. If you have additional questions, or experience problems using this tool, please contact our Customer Care department.

Please note; UPS tracking is not available until your package is scanned at their Distribution Center. As a result, the ability to track your package may be delayed up to 24 hours.
