Emails About Your Order
After your order has been submitted, we will keep you informed about the processing
of your order via e-mail.
The first e-mail you will receive is the Order Confirmation, which is sent immediately following
your completion of the Checkout Process. This e-mail outlines upcoming steps and summarizes the contents of your order.
If you do not receive a Order Confirmation e-mail within 1 hour of completing your order, please contact Customer
Care at (800) 595-9138 (Toll-Free). One of our Customer Care Specialists will be happy to assist you.
Next, after confirming the availability of your items, we will send you an Availability Confirmation. This e-mail
details the expected ship date of your order; you should receive this e-mail within 48 hours of
completing your order.
And that's it! Your order should arrive in accordance with the Shipping Option you selected during
the Checkout process.
In addition, you can track the status of your order online at the following address:
www.NBwebexpress.com/status. To track your order,
simply enter the Order Number and destination Zip code.
Please note; UPS tracking is not available until your package is scanned at their
Distribution Center. As a result, the ability to track your package may be delayed
up to 24 hours.
