Rush Delivery
To ensure orders are processed as quickly as possible, please
call Customer Care at (800) 595-9138 (Toll-Free).
We are happy to provide guidance in terms of delivery options, cut-off times,
and product availability.
Some general things to keep in mind regarding rush deliveries:
- Orders received for items in stock will be shipped within 1 business day.
Orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day they are received.
- "Business days" include Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
- UPS (our current shipping partner) does not make deliveries on
weekends or holidays.
NB Web Express reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud. Affected
customers will be notified by a Customer Care Specialist.
