If you are not satisfied with your purchase within thirty days (30) after receiving your order,
NB Web Express offers Free Returns Online, hassle-free refunds, and easy exchanges.
Holiday Return Policy: In order to accommodate holiday shopping and ensure no-hassle gift giving,
purchases on and after Nov. 1, 2009 may be returned or exchanged at any time on or before Feb. 1, 2010.
Custom Products: Returns and exchanges are available for custom product only if there is a manufacturer's defect. The exchanged
item must be of the same size as the original order.
Free Returns Online are available to those located within the
50 United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes) and who will be shipping return item(s) back to us
via UPS. Follow our easy step-by-step instructions to submit your return/exchange information and print off
your free return UPS shipping label.
Refunds and Exchanges By Mail - Total of $5.00
Please use this option if you are:
- Shipping an item from an APO/FPO address
- Shipping an item via USPS
- Or have no access to a printer
If returning an item within the first 30 days of receiving your order, you will be reimbursed a total of $5.00 per order for the shipping method of your choice. You will be reimbursed according to your original form of payment.
Refund via Mail: Ship your return items to us via the shipping method of your choice
within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your returned merchandise is received, we will credit your
original form of payment. Refunds will be credited for the purchased price along with any applicable taxes.
Exchange via Mail:
Via the shipping method of your choice, please ship your exchange items to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
If the new exchange item costs more or less than the original item, you will be charged or credited according to your
original form of payment. Free ground shipping will be provided on all exchange orders.
Please Note: Allow 2-5 business days to process your
refund/exchange and for a credit to reflect on your account statement. If you originally paid for your
merchandise with a check or money order and are expecting a refund, please allow 2-4 weeks for processing.

calling (800) 595-9138. A return address must be included. For the safety of our employees, any package
received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed. We cannot accept C.O.D.
deliveries.
