Select Your Shoes and/or Merchandise
The simplest way to find your shoes and/or merchandise is to Browse by Category or perform a Shoe Search using our left navigation bar.

After locating the shoes and/or merchandise you wish to purchase, add the item(s) to your Shopping Cart by selecting the appropriate size and clicking the "ADD TO CART" button. You may add as many items as you like, change item quantities, or remove items at any time.

If you experience problems adding items to your Shopping Cart, it is possible that your Internet browser does not accept cookies. For more information about the use of cookies on our web site, click here.

Proceed to Checkout
Once you have finished shopping, it is time to checkout. From your Shopping Cart select the BEGIN CHECKOUT button. NOTE: It is important to make sure the contents in your Shopping Cart are correct; you will not be able to change them later.

Billing & Shipping Information
The first step of the checkout process is to enter your billing and shipping addresses, as well as select which shipping method you wish to use. For express shipping options, we provide a button labeled EXPRESS SHIPPING RATES which will calculate rates based on the package destination and the items in your Shopping Cart. If you have previously registered with us, you may enter your e-mail address and password to automatically fill in this information. If you have not registered with us, you will have the opportunity at the end of the checkout process to create a profile for future convenience.

Finally, if you have any Gift Certificates or Coupon Codes, you may enter them at this time.
NOTE: You may only enter one Gift Certificate and one Coupon Code per order.
 

Review & Payment Information
The next step is to review your order and provide payment information. Our online system allows credit card payments only. If you wish to pay by check or money order, please contact our Customer Care department.

For your security, we use VeriSign® to encrypt and authorize all credit card transactions. (See our Security Policy for more information). If your credit card is not successfully authorized, please contact our Customer Care department for further assistance.

Receipt/Order Processing
After submitting your payment information, you will be taken to an Order Confirmation page. This page will contain important order information, including your Order Number. You should print this page for your records. If you have any questions or wish to check the status of your order, you will need this Order Number.
