I purchased these for my 5 year old and she loves them. She puts them on while still wearing her pajamas in the morning and they are the last thing she takes off at night. Her foot leans slightly toward the narrow side, so because of the previous review, I ordered a medium and the straps close perfectly.

Getting wides DOESNT correct the too short tab closeure. Espically if your child has wide feet. Just need about 2 more inches and they would have worked.
