This is very comfortable with good tread. The wide width is quite ample. I'm getting a second pair because on my 1st the connection point on the instep failed on both left and right -- this after around 3 years of use, so I'm not griping too much. But I'm pointing this out as my opportunity to encourage the product development team to reinforce the instep arch anchor point on the upper when this product is next updated.

I thought the 8, 4E would be too wide and too short (I normally wear size 8.5, 2E) but the size is ample and it makes for a great pre and post game slide/slipper for softball. There's even enough space for my ankle brace. I will probably use for cycling events.
