I use this bra for running, high intensity workouts with jumping, low intensity workouts and yoga. It fits very well for all these activities. For long running at a hot day I would probably prefer something little bit lighter, but it was fine during the 15 miles run at about 60F. Most importantly, this bra doesn't have unnecessary stitches, joints, labels or other 'additions' which make most of the sport bras in today's market not suitable for my skin.
