OFFICIAL RULES

The LOVE YOUR SPORTS BRA Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on September 2, 2008 (the "Sweepstakes Start Date") and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on December 18, 2008 (the "Sweepstakes End Date"), (such period referred to herein as the "Promotion Period"). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by NB Web Express, LLC (the "Sponsor").

1. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. To enter visit www.NBwebexpress.com/loveyoursportsbra during the Promotion Period and follow the links to complete the registration. Complete and submit the registration, including a valid e-mail address, phone number and address (P.O. boxes are not permitted). All e-mail addresses entered must be valid to be eligible for the drawing. Purchase is not required for entering the giveaways and will not increase an entrant's chances of winning. The entrant must be the authorized e-mail account holder. One entry per person. Entering multiple times on the website will not increase chances of winning. Entrants in the Sweepstakes will have the option during registration to elect to receive exclusive offers and money-saving specials from our NBwebexpress.com e-mails and direct mails, with all such communications being subject to the terms of Sponsor's Privacy Policy. By entering your valid e-mail address and phone number, you are giving the Sponsor permission to contact you via such e-mail and/or via phone if you are the winner. A confirmation e-mail will also be sent to each registrant after submitting an entry.
 
Subject to Sponsor's general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, all entries and information collected therefrom become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

2. PRIZE: 100 winners will be selected. Each winner may select from one of two styles of New Balance Athletic Shoe, Inc. branded sports bras as the prize: (i) Profile Crop WBT8307, approximate retail value of $60.00, or (ii) Bonita Crop WBT8308, approximate retail value of $45.00 (in each case, actual value may vary). The maximum approximate retail value for all prizes is $6,000. A maximum of 100 prizes will be awarded. Not all sizes and styles may be available at time of redemption. Each winner may only redeem its winning entry by selecting from available inventory on www.NBwebexpress.com. For clarity, a winner may not redeem its winning entry at any New Balance Athletic Shoe, Inc. concept store, outlet store or other online retailer. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner will be solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein. The Sponsor is responsible only for prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. In order to receive a prize, winner may be required to provide proof of identification. Taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of winner.

3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entering. Each entrant may win only once. By entering this sweepstakes, participants are bound by these Official Rules, agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor and warrant that s/he is eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Employees, independent contractors, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW and is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS: The administrator of the Sweepstakes is Deck Internet Solutions, Inc. (the "Administrator"), whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and selection of winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Beginning on September 10, 2008 and on each day thereafter during the Promotion Period, the Administrator will randomly select a daily winner through electronic means from all eligible entries received at the time of each drawing. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received at the time of each drawing. All decisions are final.
 
Each winner will be notified by email and asked to redeem their prize by calling NB Web Express Customer Care Center at toll-free 1-800-595-9138, open twenty-four (24) hours a day, Monday through Saturday, closed Sundays. In the case of a non-working e-mail address, the winner will be contacted by the phone number provided. In the event of a dispute over the winner, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual or individuals it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or acting in violation of these Official Rules. The Administrator or Sponsor reserves the right to modify the drawing at their discretion. In the event the winner does not accept the prize, the winner is ineligible, or the prize or prize notification is not deliverable an alternate winner may be selected. The Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner.
 
The potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.
 
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's and its agents' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, site-wide on NBwebexpress.com, without further payment or consideration or notice to the extent permitted by law. This publicity may include listing each winner's first name, initial of last name and state they are from on www.NBwebexpress.com. Where lawful, winner may be required to sign and return a Publicity Consent and/or Liability Release.

CONDITIONS: The Sponsor, and its agents, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, insurers, servants, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, predecessors, successors, representatives, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, are not responsible for, shall not be liable for, and hereby disclaim all liability arising from or relating to: (i) late, lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, misaddressed, incomplete, unintelligible or postage-due entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, computer or other malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, whether human or technical; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer or e-mail transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or cancel the Sweepstakes should any unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond the Sponsors' control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants and winners agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor and their agents, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, insurers, servants, parents, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors, successors, representatives, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstakes, from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, participation in the Sweepstakes, the prize, and/or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, including but not limited to statutory and common law claims for misappropriation or participant's right of publicity. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by Massachusetts law. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that Massachusetts courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes and that venue shall be only in Boston, Massachusetts.

6. WINNERS LIST: Requests for a list of the Sweepstakes winners will only be accepted after Sweepstakes End Date and no later than 11:59 p.m. EST on March 31, 2009. To obtain the names of the Sweepstakes winners, send an email with subject line, "Winner List Request for Love Your Sports Bra Sweepstakes" to Winlistrequests@nbwebexpress.com or a self addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor with attention to "Winner List Requests." Residents of Vermont and Washington need not include return postage.
